• Payment information used to purchase subscriptions (processed securely by Stripe)
• Information you provide when signing up for the affiliate program (processed by Rewardful)

• Device and browser details (model, OS, etc.)
• App usage and performance statistics
• Crash logs (if enabled)
• Referral or attribution data if you access Nova through an affiliate link (processed by Rewardful)
Voice Input
When you use Nova’s voice features, your microphone input is securely transmitted to our third-party provider, ElevenLabs, for processing.
ElevenLabs may temporarily store audio data as part of their processing and improvement systems.
Nova does not store raw audio recordings on its own servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and improve Nova’s features
• Deliver voice responses through ElevenLabs
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Attribute referrals and manage affiliate commissions through Rewardful
• Maintain functionality, security, and performance

3. Third-Party Services
Nova uses trusted service providers to operate key app features:
ElevenLabs – Voice processing and text-to-speech
Supabase – Authentication and secure data storage
Stripe – Secure payment processing for subscriptions
Rewardful – Affiliate program tracking and commission management
Lovable – App-building and hosting infrastructure used to serve the web version of Nova
These third parties process data only as needed to support Nova’s features.
4. Data Storage & Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure backend storage.
Although no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
5. Children’s Privacy
Nova supports autistic individuals of all ages, including children.
However, the app must be operated and managed by a parent, guardian, or adult caregiver.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information directly. Any data about a child is entered solely by the adult user.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Your Choices
You may:
• Update or correct your account information
• Disable microphone access
• Delete your account and associated data
• Manage or cancel subscriptions
• Stop using the app at any time
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide Nova’s features or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
